The Prairie Cruisers Car Club held an event in Dickinson.
The event has been going on for 40 years and gives people a chance to see vehicles from different eras.
The event was a success, although the number of attendees was down a bit due to the hot weather.
After the event, a food display was held at the West River Community Center and members of the car club helped cook.

Afterwards, a large amount of food was eaten and members went home.
A long-time member said that when the event was small,
they only had simple food like this, but now they feel that the event has grown a lot.
When they first started the car club, it was all about anyone who could drive,
even if the car was old and not fancy, but they are happy that the car club has grown so much.
